Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have <br />not been submitted. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of April 17, <br />2013. <br />Revised maps were not submitted. <br />To elaborate, the amendments to table 19, shown in red, must include only: <br />Changes associated with previously approved revisions, that have not yet been added to the <br />maps <br />• Proposed changes that will result from revision MR120 <br />In particular, it is important that proposed changes resulting from TR67, which is currently under <br />review, should not be included, since chronologically there is no chance that TR67 could be <br />approved before MR120. <br />Maps must also be submitted, showing the changes described in table 19. <br />In accordance with Rule 2.07.3(1), you have the opportunity to amend, review, or otherwise make <br />your application complete. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Leigh D.
