Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has completed its review of the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) for Lorencito <br />Canyon Mine, received on April 10, 2013. The submitted ARR included a map with an accompanying <br />table of data. The Division finds the report in compliance with rule 2.04.13. Specifically: <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) (a) <br />The name and address of the permitee, and the permit number are <br />included in the report <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) (b) <br />No additional acres were disturbed during 2012 <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) (c) <br />No additional acres were backfilled and graded during 2012 <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) (d) <br />No additional acres were topsoiled during 2012 <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) (e) <br />No significant planting or re- seeding occurred during 2012 <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) (f) <br />The locations, acreages and dates of planting for all previously re- <br />vegetated areas are described in table ARR -2, with the locations <br />marked on map ARR 2012 <br />The cover letter describes reclamation activity consisting of periodic weed control throughout the 2012 <br />growing season and minor rill /gully repair, followed by hydromulching of repaired areas.
