Hayden Gulch Terminal LLC, 701 Market
Street, St Louis, MO 6 31 01, has filed with
the Colorado Drvison of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety, a Technical Revision (TR -10) to
the Hayden Gulch Loadout, Permit
C -92 -081 I he purpose of this TR is to up-
date the Hayden Gulch Loadout Permit in as-
sociation with renewal RN -04 so that HGL
continue to operate for another five (5) years
The Hayden Gulch Loadout is located ap-
proximately 1 5 miles south of the Town of
Hayden, Colorado The rail spur crosses US
Highway 40 approximately 1,300 feet east of
Hayden and County Road 37 approximately
1 5 miles southeast of Hayden The USGS
/ 5- minute quadrangle map Mount Harris,
Colorado ronrains the pen mit area A precise
location of the boundaries is found in Tab 3
of the Permit Application Package
