Teigen, Esq. <br />RECEIVED <br />APR 1 1 2013 <br />VISION OF RECLAMATION <br />WING AND SAFETY <br />Re: DRMS File M198902 Caliche School Pit (Technical Revision <br />to IS Status) <br />I have been retained by Ms. Kris Couch, owner of the property upon <br />which the above - referenced gravel pit is located, to assist her in taking over <br />the permit for the Caliche School Pit, all operations pertaining thereto, and <br />in reclaiming the property. Recently, Ms. Couch received a letter from your <br />Department, dated February 28, 2013, addressed to current permitees, <br />Clyde and Marie Couch, wherein your office notified the permitees of <br />reclamation deficiencies and inquiries, as to whether or not the pit was <br />going into IS or TC status. r' <br />In an effort to bring you up to date as to the status of the Caliche <br />School Pit, I need to advise you of the following developments: <br />a.
