Federal NAAQS. The cumulative impacts of the Proposed Action are not anticipated to exceed <br />any NAAQS, or to push the region into nonattainment for any NAAQS, and should not result in <br />any net change to baseline air quality given that the mine and Bonanza Power Station are <br />existing sources within the regional emissions profile. With respect to mobile source emissions, <br />these sources are regulated as outlined above, and are not expected to cumulatively impact <br />regional air quality.
