December 2, 2011 Western Fuels Colorado -LLC is approved as owner of Colowyo Coal
Company (MR -113).
January —July 2012 DRMS repeatedly contacted OSM regarding the status of the Section 7
and Section 106 reviews.
August 3, 2012 The Division received a letter from OSM requesting additional
information in order to conduct the Section 7 review.
August 8, 2012 CCC provided additional information regarding wildlife information
