Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R - Other Y - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste Y - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> A complete inspection of the New Horizon Mine was conducted by me, Marcia Talvitie of the <br /> Division, on Thursday and Friday, March 28 and 29, 2013. Skies were partly cloudy, and the <br /> temperature was relatively warm. <br /> Ross Gubka was available to represent the operator, Western Fuels-Colorado, and escorted me <br /> on the field portion of the inspection. <br /> PERMITTING UPDATE: <br /> RN-06: The Division will be issuing an adequacy review letter in April. <br /> SL-13: The Division will be issuing a proposed decision in April. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS —Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> • Permit records were available for review at the mine's office and in the training room <br /> building. <br /> • Records for public viewing are to be made available at the Montrose County Courthouse <br /> Nucla Annex. On the morning of March 29, I observed that an 8-volume set of the permit <br /> application package was on the shelf, as well as the applications for Permit Revision No. 7 <br /> and Permit Renewal No. 6.
