PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Riverside Aggregates, LLC has filed an application for a Construction Materials <br />Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclmation Act for the extraction <br />of construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the Sharp Pit and is <br />located at, or near Section 22, Township 22, Range 48, 6th Prime Meridian in Bent <br />County, Colorado. <br />The proposed future use of the land is pasture land. <br />This posted sign serves as notice of the proposed mining operation. Additional <br />information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety; 1313 Sherman Street Room 215, Denver CO <br />80203. 303 - 866 -3567. Or at the Bent County Clerk and Recorders Office; 725 Bent <br />Ave. Las animas, CO 81054. A complete copy of the application is available at the <br />Bent County Clerk and Recorders Office and at the Division Office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be <br />received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety by 4:00pm on April 19, <br />2013. <br />PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF C.R.S.34- 32.5 -101 ET SEQ . <br />COMMENTS RELATED TO NOISE, TRAFFIC, HOURS OF OPERATION, VISUAL <br />IMPACTS, EFFECTS ON PROPERTY VALUES AND OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC <br />CONCERNS ARE ISSUES NOT SUBJECT TO THIS OFFICES JURISDICTION.
