Please describe your involvement with EPA regarding the UIC permitting requirements for <br />the work proposed in your submittal. <br />On March 11, 2013, Cotter obtained a UIC Class V Injection Well Rule Authorization. <br />31. Please provide a contingency plan and schedule for a scenario in which UIC permitting <br />cannot be completed in time for meeting the schedule shown in Figure 3. <br />On March 11, 2013, Cotter received a UIC Class V Injection Well Rule Authorization. On <br />March 13, 2013, MLRB ordered a second modification of the August 2010 Order which allows <br />implementation no later than July 29, 2013. <br />32.
