Mr. Tim Cazier, DRMS
Page 2
CC &V has had Ellis Environment Engineering review the addition of these two additional
storage buildings for necessary adjustments to the financial warranty calculations for the Cresson
Project. Adjustments to the financial warranty for demolition of the proposed buildings, along
with associated foundation are estimated at $14,947 and are included as Attachment 4 — Ellis
Environmental Demolition Cost Estimate.
Amendment No. 10 included a provision for a total financial warranty posting of $171,418,558
with a subsequent revision to $173,000,000. Approval of TR -67 will increase the total financial
warranty posting to $171,433,505 for the Cresson Project. The current unallocated bond amount
is $1,014,075. The estimated TR 67 amount of $14,947 applied against CC &V's current
unallocated bond amount results in a new unallocated bond amount of $999,128.
A check in the amount of $1,006 for this technical revision request is enclosed as part of this
package.
Please contact me at (719)- 689 -4055 should you have questions or wish to discuss this request
for a technical revision.
Sincerely,
U
Timm Comer
Manager, Environmental Resources
Attachments:
1.
