The monitoring plan should <br />remain in effect for the foreseeable future to assess the long -term effect of Amendment 04. <br />Additionally, the monitoring plan should require testing of TOC, and on a quarterly basis, Total <br />Radium. <br />In closing, Denver Water wishes to remain a party for the purposes of final approval of the <br />Schwartzwalder remediation plan.
