EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs <br />The converted Holyoke Gun Club Pit will have a total acreage of 16.25 acres. The effective <br />mined area is 15.0. Calculations are actually based on 15.0 acres. <br />1) The area of excavation will be mined as close to a slope of 3:1 as possible and finished at <br />3:1. <br />2) All topsoil will be re- applied to the excavations lying outside the creekbed. No <br />overburden is anticipated. <br />3) The slopes will be prepared and seeded as recommended by the Natural Resource <br />Conservation Service. <br />4) An estimate of reclamation costs is attached. <br />
