Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: NOTICE OF FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING — Bear Mine, Expired Permit Number C- 1981 -033 <br />- Order to Show Cause Why Expired Permit No. C- 1981 -033 Should Not Be Revoked <br />- Permit Revocation <br />- Bond Forfeiture <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />Please be advised that a Formal Public Hearing has been scheduled before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />(Board), to address the above - referenced actions pertaining to the Bear Mine, Expired Permit No. C- 1981 -033, operated <br />by the Bear Coal Company. The Hearing is scheduled to occur during the May 15 -16, 2013 Board meeting. The hearing <br />will occur at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado, 80203. <br />The Hearing will address the Order to Show Cause Why Permit No. C- 1981 -033 Should Not Be Revoked issued on <br />February 25, 2013.
