This TR is intended to provide
the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (Division) with formal notice that WMC is hereby
rescinding its intentions to mill ores at the Site. All previous submittals and correspondence regarding
milling operations at the Site are considered by WMC to be null and void. If at some point in the future
WMC does desire to conduct milling operations at the Site, WMC will submit a technical revision or
amendment to the Permit for approval to do so prior to constructing or conducting milling operations in
the future.
Activities associated with this TR are limited to WMC removing all milling equipment from the May Day
No. 1 area during the working season of 2013. Equipment to be removed includes the following:
• 1, 8" x 12" Quinn double jig
• 1, 4" feed Cyclone
• 2, 4' x 4' agitator /conditioner tanks
• 1, 4'x 5' ball mill
• 2, 3 cell #15 flotation machines
• 1, 4 cell #12 flotation machine
• 1, double deck concentrating table
• 1, 3' x 3' concentrate filter
The arched steel set building which currently contains the above listed equipment will remain on site and
will serve as an equipment and supplies storage building for the foreseeable future.
In the absence of milling operations, WMC's mining operation at the Site will generally consist of drilling
and blasting of rock underground, transport of the blasted rock from the blast area to the surface, possibly
intermittent crushing of the blasted rock to 3/4" to 1/4" inch minus, and transport of up to 30 tons per day
of blasted or crushed rock off site to a permitted milling operation(s) elsewhere in North America. More
specific details of WMC's anticipated mining operations will be addressed in a separate technical revision,
which is anticipated to be submitted sometime this Spring season.
Thank you for taking the time to review this information. If you have any questions or concerns, please
do not hesitate to contact me (cell: 970 - 426 -2924; mt @reardonsteel.us).
Sincerely;
Mike Thompson
Principal/Reardon Steel LLC
Ec:
Randy Oser, President/Wildcat Mining Corporation
Page 1 of 1
RECEIVED
APR 03 2013
DIVISION OF RE CLAMATION
MINING AND SAFETY
