Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division received Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC's) application for a technical revision (TR -81) on <br />February 28, 2013. The application was determined to be complete on March 7, 2013. No concerns have been <br />received from other agencies regarding this proposed technical revision as of the date of this letter. The Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed its adequacy review of the proposed technical revision. <br />Please respond to the following comments or concerns as necessary: <br />1. Approved Map 24 Sheet 1 of 4 identifies ditches in and around the Coal Refuse Disposal Area. Please <br />update and submit a revised Map 24 Sheet 1 to identify the change in RDA -4a <br />2. Approved Sheet No. C -102 of Exhibit 26C identifies the initial sequence grading plan for the Coal Refuse <br />Disposal Area. Based on the proposed activities in TR -81 application this information will require an <br />update.
