Colowyo Coal Company, L.P. Permit C -81 -019 <br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. is submitting an application for Phase <br />Performance Bond Release on 2012 reclaimed areas. Phase I bond release <br />includes an evaluation of the backfilling and grading to the approved post - <br />mining topography, as well as the establishment of permanent drainages. <br />This written notice is sent to you pursuant to Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety (CDRMS) Rule 3.03.2(1). Prior to filing a request for the <br />bond release, Colowyo must send written notices of intention to seek bond <br />release.
