Dear Mr. Anderson:
The Division has received the Drill Hole Abandonment Report for the Notice of Intent X- 2008 - 142 -12.
The report is in compliance and satisfies Rule 4.07.3(3). It is noted that 3 pilot holes were sealed and
completely reclaimed.
Attached with the Drill Hole Abandonment Report is your request for coal exploration bond release of
NOI X- 2008 - 142 -12. The required liability for this NOI is $6,063.00. The Division currently holds a
bond for this NOI in the amount of $6,063.00.
So that we may properly evaluate the success of the remaining reclamation at this site, we will conduct
the bond release inspection within 30 days and weather permitting. An inspection is tentatively scheduled
for April XX, 2013.
