Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Edna Mine, C1980 -001, 2010 Annual Reclamation Report Review. <br />Dear Mr. Robb: <br />The Division has reviewed Chevron Mining Inc. 2010Annual Reclamation Report for the Edna Mine. The <br />Edna Mine is a reclaimed surface mine that has received Phase I bond release on 1305.3 acres, Phase II <br />bond release on 107.7 acres and Phase III bond release on 107.7 acres. SL -10 was approved on February <br />1, 2010 granting Phase I, II, and III bond release on 133 acres on the reclaimed tipple road, Oak Creek <br />facilities and ponds in the Oak Creek drainage.
