The <br />mining of these four (4) Phase's are the final areas to be mined at the NCC Pit #1 (See attached <br />and approved Phase Mining Plan). We currently have on file at your office $1,030,074.00 in <br />bonding to cover the other phases at NCCI Pit No. 1. As per approved the Exhibit L <br />Reclamation Cost, (See Attached) $1,338,509.00 is the total bonding requirement. NCCI is <br />currently in the process of securing $308,435 of additional bonding required. Upon receipt of <br />approval from the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, NCC will forward this <br />approval to its bonding company for the execution of the bond increase. <br />If there are any questions or comments concerning the above described process please let me <br />know.
