(303) 935 -6505 <br />Fax (303) 935 -6575 <br />www.amec com <br />ame <br />Project 74201125K <br />AMEC Environment and Infrastructure (AMEC) has prepared this letter in response to <br />comments from the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety in their letter <br />dated March 20, 2013 regarding the above referenced project. Copies of the revised pages of <br />the report referenced are include with this letter for replacement within the submitted report. <br />The state comments appear in italics followed by our responses. <br />1. In section 2.0 Summary of Earthwork Construction, the Operator states Table 2 presents a <br />summary of the weather during the period of October 10 through October 12 2011 for the <br />construction activities. Table 2 presents a summary of the weather during the period of <br />October 10 through October 13 2011. Please explain this discrepancy and correct the <br />report as needed. <br />Section 2.0 Summary of Earthwork Construction has been revised to correctly match the <br />dates presented on Table 2. Sheet 5 of the above referenced report has been included with <br />this letter for page replacement within the submitted report. <br />2. In section 2.4 Bedding Fill (above installed geomembrane), the Operator refers twice to <br />Drain Cover Fill (DCF). The Division believes the Operator intended to refer to Bedding Fill <br />(BF). Please review and correct the section as needed. <br />The Division is correct; the Operator did intend to refer to Bedding Fill (BF), not Drain Cover <br />Fill (DCF). Sheet 7 of the above referenced report has been included with this letter for <br />page replacement within the submitted report. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact us at your earliest convenience if there are further questions or <br />concerns. <br />
