The details of each NOI release are discussed <br />below. <br />X- 2008 - 142 -13 <br />All of the drillholes covered by this NOI have been reclaimed, and reclamation reports submitted <br />to the Division in March 2009. A Division inspection is requested to complete release of this <br />NOI. <br />X- 2008 - 142 -12 <br />Nine (9) monitoring wells were constructed under this NOI, and the abandonment report and <br />reclamation report have both been submitted to the Division. These reports were submitted in <br />March 2009. These nine (9) wells are covered by the bond of the New Horizon North Mine (C- <br />2010 -089) for plugging and reclaiming. A copy of the monitoring well reclamation task from the <br />New Horizon North bond calculation is attached for reference. <br />The remaining three (3) pilot holes installed under the NOI have been reclaimed, and the <br />abandonment report is attached to this release request. The original reclamation report for this <br />NOI covered both the nine monitoring wells and the three pilot holes, and was submitted to the <br />Division in March 2009. A copy of that same document is attached to this request for reference. <br />A Division inspection is requested to complete release of this NOI. <br />
