For clarity the <br />comments are reiterated with the response following. <br />1. Please speck in the permit document the timeframe for conducting the sampling and analysis <br />(e.g., spring & fall). <br />2. Please specify in the permit document a statement that quarterly sampling will resume at least <br />one year prior to final bond release. <br />CEC has prepared a revised page 56 that incorporated comments 1 and 2 in paragraph three it <br />reads as follows. (The subsurface water wells are monitored semi - annually April and <br />September. Quarterly sampling will resume at least one year prior to final bond release. The six (6) <br />wells presently monitored are:) <br />
