Area released was 94.12
acres (Parcels B and Q. This area is now permitted by City of Greeley under M2011 -049, with the
exception of a small unaffected area on the north bank of the Poudre River (as shown on the submitted
release request map) which is now fully released.
The Home Office permit area was reduced to 507.18 acres, through the release of 94.12 acres in this
permit action. Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and
fees.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
'
6
Eric C.
