The reason being that, our use of these sites will never require 180
days of continual use. All stockpiles and topsoil reserves will be maintained in
accordance with DRMS rules. Weed control will be maintained by the County even when
not in use. Sites in reclamation will not require intermittent use as the intent is full
reclamation. Please find enclosed:
- Technical Revision Request
- List of all active (open) sites.
- List of all sites in Reclamation.
- Check for Revision fee ($216).
Thank you for your considerations.
Sincerely yours,
John DeWitt
Land Use Administrator
Lincoln County
Ti2 413
/4-117g
Ph. 719 - 743 -2337
Fax 719 - 743 -2815
RECEIVED
MAR 2 7 2013
£I}VISION OF RECLAMATION
MINING AND SAFETY
