Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Elk Creek Mine. <br />The revision was called complete on March 27, 2013. The decision due date is July 25, 2013. <br />Oxbow Mining, LLC submitted an application for a permit renewal (RN -6) at the Elk Creek and <br />Sanborn Creek Mines. The application for RN -6 was received more than 180 -days prior to the <br />permit expiration date therefore retaining their right of successive renewal.
