Your comments and <br />concerns relating to the adequacy of fish and wildlife resources information, the fish and wildlife <br />plan, and the reclamation plan as it relates to fish and wildlife considerations, including potential <br />impacts to threatened or endangered species, are requested. If wildlife habitat is the proposed <br />postmining land use, we request your evaluation of proposed woody plant stocking levels, planting <br />arrangements, and methods for mitigation of potential adverse impacts. <br />Pertinent portions of the permit application are available electronically on our web site: <br />http: / /www.mining. state .co.us /ImagedDocuments.htm The permit number is C- 1981 -022 and <br />the IBM index class is "Permit File" OR "Revision ". Documents can be sorted by name or by <br />Section/Exhibit number. A user's guide for our imaging system is also available in pdf format at <br />the same web address. <br />A copy of the renewal application is also available for public inspection at the Delta County Clerk <br />and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, Room 211, Delta, CO 81416, and at the Division office, Room <br />215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. <br />In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted to <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety at the above address by May 26, 2013.
