Please accept this <br />email as the request of Energy Fuels Coal to extend the abatement <br />period to 2 May 2013. We are requesting the extension to provide us <br />with additional time to continue, with the assistance of our <br />independent consultants, our evaluation of the continued use of MW -NW <br />as a monitoring well, potential remedial work required and alternative <br />monitoring points.
