That section of the law requires that: <br /> "Except as provided in Section 34-32-103(6) (a) (II) , the Operator <br /> shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a <br /> Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice of <br /> Intent shall contain an annual fee-of $50.00 and a map or <br /> statement that shall indicate; (a) the land affected during <br /> previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming <br /> year; and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." <br /> Based on our records, the anniversary date of your operation is <br /> June 16th , and we have not received 77-78, 78-79, 79-80 or 80-81 <br /> annualees, which are due, totalling $400.00 <br /> If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as <br /> soon as possible, otherwise we will expect to receive the annual fees as <br /> required by the statute within the next thirty (30) days. Please include <br /> (if you have not) the required Notice of Intent to Continue '-fining <br /> Operations to bring the Division up to date as to the progress of mining <br /> and reclamation on the site.
