The Division has completed its review of the above referenced report received on 21 Feb 2013. The
Division finds the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules:
Rule 2.04.13(1) — Received 21 Feb 2013. The Division approved a request for extention of the ARR
submittal date received via email on February 15, 2012 to February 22, 2013.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) — The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the
permit number.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) — The ARR identifies 6.2 new disturbed acres permitted to be disturbed during
calendar year 2012.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) — The ARR identifies 9.7 new backfilled and graded acres during calendar year 2012.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(d) — The ARR identifies 9.7 new topsoiled acres during calendar year 2012.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) — The ARR identifies 9.7 acres which were permanently revegetated during calendar
year 2011.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) — The location of planting for all previously revegetated areas is listed on page 2 of
the ARR submittal. Please see comments below.
Rule 2.04.13(2) — The following additional information was provided: the Noxious Weed Control
Program activities conducted in 2012, a summary of changes in liability and surety coverage for the
permitted activities conducted and approved in 2012, and a table delineating 2012 Annual Reclamation
Report Disturbed Acreage.
