Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. <br />The revision was called complete on March 26, 2013. The decision due date is May 25, 2013. <br />Bowie Resources, LLC has proposed the use of select overburden materials as a topsoil substitute <br />on Gob Piles #2 and #4 where available topsoil for reclamation is limited.
