Please refer to Attachment No. 1 for plan view representation of the project using the HVSCS as
built as a base drawing.
The following are approximate pipe lengths to be installed for the respective pipe sections:
1. Pipe 1 – from the outermost HVSCS trunk -line – will be conveyed by approximately
770' of solid 15" ADS pipe to the watershed serviced by the third HVSCS trunk -line and
distributed by approximately 360' of perforated 15" ADS pipe.
2. Pipe 2 – from the second HVSCS trunk -line – will be conveyed by approximately 610' of
solid 15" ADS pipe to the watershed serviced by the third and fourth HVSCS trunk -lines
and distributed by approximately 640' of perforated 15" ADS pipe.
Attachment No. 2 is included to provide flow capacity calculations for the project.
Please contact me at (719)- 689 -4055 should you have questions or wish to discuss this plan.
Sincerel
A
( M4444„L c -- —
Timm Comer
Manager, Environmental Resources
Enclosures: Attachment 1 – HVSCS Pipe Diversion Plan
Attachment 2 – Phase 5 HVSCS Pipe Diversion Flow Capacity Calculations
Xcopy: Kevin Riley, Process Manager, CC &V Gold Mining Company
