Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pirieda <br />Director <br />Re: Turnpike Mining Resource, Permit M2004 -009, Amendment Approval, Revision AM02 <br />Dear Mr. Hunt: <br />On March 18, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application <br />AM02 submitted to the Division on July 25, 2012, addressing the following: <br />Amendment to change post mining land use and reclamation plan. <br />The terms of the Amendment AM02 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit M2004- <br />009. All other conditions and requirements of Permit M2004 -009 remain in full force and effect. <br />The current bond amount of $1,310,224.00 exceeds the required $1,025,887.00 performance bond currently <br />held; therefore amendment AM02 is final at this time.
