DIVISION OF RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Phone: (303) 866 -3567 <br />FAX: (303) 832 -8106 <br />March 19, 2013 <br />Mr. Randy Bucklen <br />Bucklen Equipment Company <br />804 N 25th Ave <br />Greeley, CO 80631 <br />Dear Mr. Bucklen: <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />Re: Bucklen Equipment Company, Bucklen Equipment Company Pit, Permit No. M- 1982 -131, <br />Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR -02, MV- 2012 -025 <br />On March 19, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on March 12, 2013, addressing the <br />following: <br />Technical Revision to comply with the corrective actions required by the Board Order dated <br />August 17, 2012 for violation MV -2012 -025. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M- 1982 -131. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M- 1982 -131 remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />The Operator will have one year from the date of this letter (March 19, 2014) to process the <br />remaining material to remove all putrescible material and submit final documentation of the <br />completed work. The documentation must include a signed affidavit certifying all putrescible <br />material has been removed from the fill placed in the pit as required by Rule 3.1.5(9).
