Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Elk Creek Mine. <br />The revision was called complete on March 14, 2013. The decision due date is March 24, 2013. <br />Oxbow Mining LLC is proposing to drill five utility boreholes to access and monitor the mine <br />atmosphere during the mine recovery effort and one mine dewater borehole.
