Gem Mine M- 2002 -003
Dear Folks,
Enclosed is our annual mining report.
Since ply,
JOSEL. DORRIS
Owner /Operator Topaz Mt. Gem Mine
F Pr
2920 Cedar Heights Drive RECEIVED
Colorado Springs, CO 80904
(719) 685 4479
glacierpeak @pinnacle5minerals.com MAR 18 2013
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION
MINING AND SAFETY
14 March 2013
The "standardized form" now included asks for a few items which are unclear. I've tried to answer these
in accordance with my original permit. It also has an area to check regarding Temporary Cessation or
Intermittent Operations.
I have two mining permits for gem and mineral material in Colorado and operate for two other claim
owners with similar permits. All of these met the Forest Service requirements and later, Colorado State
and County requirements prior to approval. All of our permits cover operations that are less than 180 days
a year and suggest they should be classified as intermittent status. When permitted, there was no such
category although it is clear from the application and operating restrictions that they are intermittent. I
consider this as "approval" from the State because the State originally approved the permits and nothing
has changed.
1 Atch
Mining report and fee
