The Permit Renewal 06 application was submitted by Terror Creek, LLC on 12 December 2012 The Permit Renewal 06 application is for the renewal of a valid, existing coal permit The affected area is located in Delta County, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of Paonia on old Colorado Highway 133 (Bowie Road), in portions of Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M., Colorado. The informal conference will be held on Thursday, 28 March 2013 at the Terror Creek Loadout office.
