Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) conducted a Midterm Review of the Yoast <br />Mine permit to fulfill the requirements of Rules 2.083, 2.06.2 (10), 2.063 (4), 2.06.5 (2), and 3.02.2(4). Details <br />about the findings of this review are included with the enclosed Midterm Review No. 4 document. The Division has <br />found two items that will need to be addressed through a Technical Revision to the permit, please see the enclosed <br />document for details. This revision must be submitted by April 12, 2013. <br />Also enclosed is an updated reclamation cost estimate for the Midterm Review for the Yoast mine. The estimate <br />represents a new liability of $2,221,677.00. This is an increase of $56,776.00 over SCC's current liability. The <br />Division currently holds a bond of $2,164,901.00. Please review the cost estimate prior to submitting the required <br />Technical Revision.
