APPROVAL: Lenny Owens <br />RECENT CHANGES TO THIS DOCUMENT S OUNDED BY ASTERISKS. <br />LAST REVIEW DATE 03/28/11 � (c f J <br />PROVIDE COPIES TO TIM HAYNES AND CURTIS BROWN UPON <br />COMPLETEION. <br />1.° Shut the Intake Valves and make sure that they do <br />not leak by - checking discharge valves for water <br />flow. <br />2. /Close discharge valves for drain line and overflow <br />line. <br />3. / drain line and overflow line and check discharge <br />valves for leaks. <br />4. l Lock all valves and read pressure gauge at the <br />discharge valves. <br />5. Lock all valves and read pressure gauges at the <br />discharge valves: <br />Drain Line Pressure <br />Overflow Line Pressure '7/ Date /Time / - -/ <br />6. Wait over 24 hours and read Pressure gauges: <br />Drain Line Pressure ir e Date /Time 9 T �� <br />Overflow Line Pressure 00 Date /Time f - <br />7. / If there isn4t a drop in pressure in the 24 hour <br />period you can remove the locks. Open the intake <br />valves first, then the discharge valves and return <br />the system back to the pond operators. <br />8. If there is a drop in pressure note the pressure drop <br />and repair the system, possible leaking pipes or <br />valves. <br />9. ,/A11 machine gaurds are in good condition, have no <br />open holes nd are properly installed. <br />10.
