Based on review of aerial photography and <br />discussion with operators no groundwater is exposed at the North Taft Hill Site and therefore the evaporation depletions equal zero. <br />(G) Lagging calculations were based on the following parameters: <br />Distance from stream = 1,600 ft, Transmissivity = 160,000 gpd /ft, Specific Yield = 0.2, No -flow Boundary = 2900 ft <br />Lagged depletions at the site include historical mining depletions and current and past evaporative depletions. <br />
