Pineda <br />Director <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.07.3(6), the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has <br />scheduled an informal conference to discuss the application for Permit Renewal 06 for the Terror <br />Creek Loadout, Permit No. C- 1983 -059. The purpose of an informal conference is to provide an <br />opportunity to resolve the concerns raised in your 26 February 2013 objection and comment <br />letter (received by the Division on 28 February 2013). The conference will be held on 28 March <br />2013, at 9:30 a.m., at the Terror Creek Loadout office.
