You will need to complete the Financial Warranty Letter of <br />Credit form and the Affidavit of Authority to Execute Financial Warranty Documents form, both <br />of which are enclosed with this letter. <br />If you have not already done so, you will need to register J & C Gravel LLC with the Colorado <br />Secretary of State in order to do business in the Colorado.
