Public Notice Western Fuels - Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC), has flied with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) an application fora Permit Revision to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C-81 -008. Permit Revision No. 7 addresses changes to the prime farmland determination and related soil redistribution and revegetation plans. Also addressed is the replacement of the technical standard with a reference area for evaluating revegetation success of Irrigated Cropland.
