Dumond
2629 Calle Manzano
Thousand Oaks, California 91360
Re: Drill Holes
Dear Mike:
As we discussed by telephone today, you have agreed to allow Oxbow
Carbon and Minerals, Inc. access across your property for the
purpose of drilling on the Sandlin property to the west. Oxbow,
through it's contractors, will improve the existing access from
Colorado State Highway 133 on the west side of Thompson Creek by
clearing debris and adding a minimum amount of roadbase, as
necessary, to ensure safe access from the highway pavement onto the
existing old roadway.
The old roadway alignment will be followed, to facilitate your
future replacement of the old barn structure, and only the minimum
amount of disturbance necessary to provide access for the drill
across your property will be done. Roadway width will be limited
to no more than 16 feet.
In return for allowing Oxbow access across your property, Oxbow
agrees to construct a simple footbridge to the east of your house,
as a replacement for the existing structure. Estimated coat of the
structure at not to exceed $500.
Also, as we discussed, the Sandlins would also like to access their
property along the same route. At this time, I have not been able
to talk with them regarding your request for grazing livestock.on
their property in exchange for access across your property. I
expect to contact them in the next few days, and will relay your
proposal at the first opportunity.
P, O.
