Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta E. Pineda <br />Director <br />Seneca Coal Company, LLC has applied for a bond release at the Seneca II -W Mine. The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on March 7, 2013. Seneca Coal Company is requesting <br />Phase I bond release on 138.7 acres. They are requesting a release of approximately $1,090,188 of their <br />financial warranty. The surface ownership is Federal, state and private, and the coal mined was Federal. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon as <br />it has been scheduled.
