<br />The following lists the owners of record of the surface, coal, oil and gas within one -half
<br />mile of the Seneca H -W permit area. Exhibits 3 -1, 3 -2, 3 -3, and 3 -5 depict the areas
<br />associated with these ownerships. Appendix 3 -2 provides an alphabetical listing of the
<br />owners and their addresses. Appendix 3 -3B lists the ownership by legal description as
<br />recorded at the Routt County Courthouse.
