Subwatershed W into Structure I in <br />the NTEP ditch, or Subwatershed El as the only subwatershed directly tributary to Structure 9). In such <br />cases it may seem that the watershed is modeled as a structure, but the opposite is actually true. The <br />structure is fed by that single sub - watershed. <br />Current Division comments: The SEDCAD reports indicate that sub - watersheds are "structures." For <br />example, in the structure networking on page Exh. 7- 14R -9, structure numbers 1 and 5 are sub - watersheds <br />W and O, respectively.
