A Professional Engineer will certify a report following the inspection. <br />For the specific ponds herein, inspection shall be on a quarterly basis given the impacts of these structures <br />upon the Prospect Pond operation. <br />ENGINEERS CERTIFICATION <br />1, THOMAS C.
