E <br />Y <br />SITE REQUIREMENTS (Cont.) Permit No. 383071 <br />15. This permit is issued in accordance with the State Highway Access <br />Code, and is based upon the information submitted by the permittee. <br />Changes in traffic volumes, drainage, type of traffic or other oper- <br />ational aspects may render this permit void, requiring a new permit <br />to be issued based upon existing and anticipated future conditions. <br />16. A Registered Professional Engineer must provide certification that <br />all work was done meeting specifications. Certification will be <br />sent to the Colorado Division of Highways. <br />
