3. affected areas, spoil piles etc shall be stabilized by best <br />management practices that include but may not be limited <br />to compacting and reseeding the piles and affected areas, <br />sloping excavation areas toward the center of such areas to <br />mitigate storm water runoff, seeding will be done as per <br />original application's seeding plan. Hand broadcasting of <br />seed will be utilized on the stockpiles since these piles' <br />slopes may be too dangerous to safely and effectively use <br />mechanical means. <br />vii. 3.1.7 <br />1. this operation is not expected to directly affect groundwater <br />quality <br />viii. 3.1.8 <br />1.
