MacDonald, Coors Energy Company <br />Michael Savage, Savage and Savage, Inc. <br />November 29, 2012 <br />Fourth Quarter 2012 Pest and Disease Inspection; Keenesburg Mine <br />C -81 -028 <br />On November 29, 2012, we inspected operational, reclaimed, revegetated, and an <br />undisturbed native area at the Keenesburg Mine for evidence of plant pests, noxious <br />weeds, and plant diseases that could or have affected the re- established vegetation at the <br />Keenesburg Mine. <br />Reclamation Areas 1, 2, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28, the permanent sediment pond, dugout, <br />Topsand Pile A -3, the small cottonwood grove, the bottom and perimeter of B Pit, the <br />office and shop yard, and the native area to the west of B Pit were inspected by vehicle <br />means for any potential problems. <br />I did not identify any disease conditions at any of the operational, reclaimed, or <br />revegetated areas of the mine site. I did not identify any plant pests which had affected <br />the growth of the vegetation during this growing season. No areas which experienced any <br />infestation or blight were found during the inspection.
